Welcome to ZipGro Online Grocery Store (“ZipGro”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website, mobile app, and services (together, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

  • By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law.

2. Account Registration

  • To place orders, you may need to create an account with accurate details (name, email, phone, address).

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Any misuse of your account will be your responsibility.

3. Orders & Delivery

  • Minimum order value for free delivery is ₹199.

  • Orders below ₹199 will incur a delivery fee of ₹20.

  • We aim to deliver orders within 15–20 minutes (in serviceable areas), subject to traffic, weather, and order volume.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charges.

  • Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If you refuse to accept the order without a valid reason, a ₹20 delivery fee may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only under our [Return & Refund Policy].

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, frozen) are returnable only at the time of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, or cash on delivery (if available).

  • In case of pricing errors, ZipGro reserves the right to cancel or modify the order.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Services for:

  • Reselling or unauthorized commercial use.

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

  • Attempting to interfere with our website, app, or delivery process.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, images, and materials on ZipGro are our property.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for accuracy and timely delivery, we do not guarantee that Services will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • ZipGro will not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).

  • Our liability will not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website/app with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
