At ZipGro Online Grocery Store, we strive to provide you with fresh, genuine, and high-quality products delivered to your doorstep in just 15–20 minutes. However, if you face any issue with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures that your concerns are resolved fairly and quickly.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or refund if:

You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

You received a product that is damaged, expired, or defective.

An item is missing from your order.

For perishable items (like fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen food, bakery items), returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if quality issues are found.

Once accepted by the customer, such items cannot be returned.
2. Return Window

For grocery and household products: Within 24 hours of delivery.

For perishable/fresh products: At the time of delivery only.
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (based on product availability).

Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled without charges.

After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once out for delivery.

If you refuse to accept the order without valid reason, ₹20 delivery fee may be charged.
