At ZipGro Online Grocery Store, we strive to provide you with fresh, genuine, and high-quality products delivered to your doorstep in just 15–20 minutes. However, if you face any issue with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures that your concerns are resolved fairly and quickly.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund if:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

  • You received a product that is damaged, expired, or defective.

  • An item is missing from your order.

❌ Please note:

  • For perishable items (like fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen food, bakery items), returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if quality issues are found.

  • Once accepted by the customer, such items cannot be returned.


2. Return Window

  • For grocery and household products: Within 24 hours of delivery.

  • For perishable/fresh products: At the time of delivery only.


3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (based on product availability).

  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. How to Raise a Request

To initiate a return or refund:

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items without proof of purchase (Order ID).

  • Products used or tampered with after delivery.

  • Items accepted at delivery without raising a complaint for damages/quality.

  • Personal care, hygiene, and beauty products (due to safety concerns).


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled without charges.

  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once out for delivery.

  • If you refuse to accept the order without valid reason, ₹20 delivery fee may be charged.
